Shepherding Ministry Training- Norwoord Room

The Shepherding Ministry assists clergy and supports the pastoral needs of the congregation by ensuring regular contact with individuals in the parish who are often alone, infirm, and/or homebound, and who desire more regular personal connection with our church community.

Volunteers, known as “shepherds,” will maintain a monthly contact with one to three individuals in the church. Contacts can be phone calls, personal visits, emails, cards, or texts.
